The Schluter KERDI-BOARD is a waterproof membrane that quickly allows you to build tile-ready elements in showers, tub surrounds, and more. It's often used in residential tiled showers.
What happens when a shower drain gets clogged?
Anything can clog a shower drain–hair, soap, etc. They build up over time, sticking to pipe walls.
At the very least, it creates a slow drain with pooling or standing water on your shower floor. At the most, it overflows onto the bathroom floor or seeps into the walls, resulting in structural damage with plumbing or contractor expenses.
A Schluter shower pan points toward other Schluter KERDI products and membranes. It forms a waterproof connection at the top of the drain assembly.
Can I choose my tile?
